またまた前回からの続き。
あれから一週間と2日程の時間を置いて、恐る恐る電話を掛けた。
オレの被害妄想的な、話さなくていいとこまで話してだいぶすっきりしたよ。
状況は思ってたより酷くはなかった。でも、もうアウトだろうけどね。
というか、2人の関係がようやくニュートラルの状態に戻ったっていうニュアンスのが強いかもしんない。とオレは思ってる。

「タイミング遅いですよぉもう・・。」
何年か昔、バイトの女の子から「ぷよぷよがしたいから家行っていい？」的な奇跡のメールをもらって、そっくりそのままの意味で「あーこの子ゲーム好きなんだ～」と受け取って、部屋で一緒にぷよぷよ対戦した後はオレだけ弟切草やってる横でその子は放置みたいな、男として最悪な状況を作り出したことがあったんですけど、それからの進展もなく後から聞いたら、「あれは別にぷよぷよがやりたかったわけじゃなかった」んだってことに何でオレは気付かなかったんだよあああああああ。
あれからもう5年経つわけなんですけれど、あの日の後悔はここ最近のオレにまったく活かされなかったわけで、ちょっとした虚無感と今静かに闘ってる。
今回の件は本当に気付かなかったのか、それとも気付かない振りをしていたのか。なんて考えるわけですよ。好きだったのか、別にそうでもなかったのか。なんて考えるわけですよ。
そう考える時点で、この恋はどうなんだっていうのもあると思う。だから別にこれでいいんだよって自己防衛するオレと、5年前に出来なかった選択を再び見逃すことを悔やむオレが今ぶつかってるとこ。
そんでそんな事考えながら、どちらにせよオレの孤独は解決しないことに気付くと共にそのまま朝を迎えたりするわけなんですよね。。。もうちょとしたら寝るけど。
